How do I apply the window film to my glass surface?
Our window films are designed for a DIY-friendly 'wet' application. Simply clean the glass, spray a mixture of water and a few drops of mild soap onto both the glass and the adhesive side of the film, apply, and squeegee out the excess moisture and bubbles.
Can your films be removed without damaging the window?
Yes, our films are designed to be removed without leaving permanent damage. Most films can be peeled off by hand, and any remaining adhesive residue can be easily cleaned with a glass scraper and soapy water.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
What is your return policy for film rolls?
We accept returns on unused, full-length rolls within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-cut orders or partially used rolls are generally not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Are your window films suitable for double-pane windows?
Most of our decorative and privacy films are safe for double-pane windows. However, for high-heat rejection solar films, we recommend checking the specific product specifications to ensure compatibility and prevent thermal stress.
How long does the window film typically last?
When installed correctly on the interior side of a window, our high-quality films typically last between 5 to 10 years, depending on the level of direct sun exposure and environmental conditions.
