At BDF BuyDecorativeFilm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home window film purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you may return unused and uncut items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the film and place it back into its original protective tube or box to ensure it remains free of creases or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned film for resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
